$47,694.00 USD was seized via search warrant by the Flagler County Sheriff's Office on May 23, 2025, from the LBank Cryptocurrency Exchange in reference to criminal case #2025-0001819. A portion of the funds originated from a victim located in Flagler County which were taken via a social engineering scam on January 6, 2025. This notice is provided consistent with ยง812.091, Florida Statutes.
