NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment dated May 19, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 24002122CA in Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR LHOME MORTGAGE TRUST 2023-RTL2, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2023-RTL2, Plaintiff and LIMANS 024, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; JEFFREY ROSE, an Individual; LIMITLESS DEAL FUNDING, an Arizona Limited Liability Company; LASH ENTERPRISES LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA are Defendant(s), Roger D.
