NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure dated May 30, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-CC-1138, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NAPLES LUMBER & SUPPLY CO., INC, is the Plaintiff, and LISA B. HOMES, LLC and 895 24TH AVE ANNEX, LLC, are the Defendants, the Clerk, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest best bidder for cash on the 1st Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex in the multipurpose room at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at eleven o'clock a.m. on the 10th day of July, 2025 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure, to wit:
407 24th AVENUE NW - GOLDEN GATE ESTATES - UNIT 20 -E ½ OF TRACT 69, LESS N 79.43 FT - NAPLES - COLLIER COUNTY-FL
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
