NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2025 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2024-CC-004330 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT OWNERS, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARIA DEL CARMEN ROJAS GRISALES is the Defendant, that Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
