NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on May 19, 2025, in Case No. 2019-CA-004116 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT, is Plaintiff, and LARRY BUSBEE A/K/A LARRY TODD BUSBEE and GARETH A. MILLER A/K/A GARETH MILLER, MARY E. MILLER A/K/A MARY MILLER, and MURPHY DESMOND S.C are Defendants, the Office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of July 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
