NOTICE OF BOARD OF SUPERVISOR MEETING
BELMONT II COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Belmont II Community Development District (“District”) will hold a regular meeting of the Board on June 17, 2025 at 9:30 A.M. in person at the at the offices Rizzetta & Company 2700 S. Falkenburg Road Suite 2745 Riverview, FL 33578.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained by contacting the District Manager by mail at the office of the District Manager at 3434 Colwell Avenue Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33614, by calling the District Manager at 813-933-5571 or by visiting the District's website, https://www.belmont2cdd.org. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.

Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to advise the District Office at 813-933-5571 at least forty-eight (48) hours before the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
