NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 24-CA-010222 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and PATRICIA A. LICARI; STATEWIDE AUTO REMARKETING LLC; ESPLANADE OF TAMPA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are Defendants.
VICTOR D. CRIST, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of August, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 130, OF ESPLANADE OF TAMPA PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOFAS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 124, PAGE 263, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
