NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (the “Final Judgment”), dated May 1, 2025, entered in Case No. 24-CA-009547 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein VALLEY NATIONAL BANK is Plaintiff and CHANNELSIDE BREWING COMPANY LLC d/b/a CHANNELSIDE BREWING, MICHAEL R. BEARD a/k/a MICHAEL BEARD, BRADLEY F. EVANS a/k/a BRADLEY EVANS, CHRISTOPHER C. CHOW a/k/a CHRISTOPHER CHOW, KEG CONNECT, LLC, CORPORATION SERVICE COMPANY, AS REPRESENTATIVE, FUNDING METRICS, LLC, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of July 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
