WHEREAS, an action has been brought by HILLSBOROUGH TITLE, INC., d/b/a PARAMOUNT TITLE (“Paramount Title “), to determine and quiet Paramount Title's title to certain funds described in the Second Amended Complaint filed in this action as the “Suspense Account Funds”.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is given, pursuant to an Order of the Court made in this action, to all unknown persons and entities claiming by, through, or under any of the above-named Defendants, who are not inhabitants of, nor found within this state, that they appear or plead to the Second Amended Complaint filed by Paramount Title, and who are required to serve a copy of written defenses, if any, to it on John J. Agliano, Esquire, Paramount Title's attorney, whose address is 606 E. Madison Street, Tampa, FL 33602, thirty days from first publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Paramount Title's above-named attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Second Amended Complaint, and that in default the court will proceed to the hearing and adjudication of the action.
