NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2024 and entered in 24-CC-38265 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein Blissful Times Inc., is the Plaintiff and BAM32, Inc. and Living Interior Plant Service Inc. are the Defendants. Victor Crist, as the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 am on June 20, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 13, Block 6, WINSTON PARK UNIT NO. 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 42, Public Records of Hillsborough
County Florida.
Property Address: 1008 S. 70th Street, Tampa, FL 33619.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
