Notice is hereby given that on June 26, 2025 at 9:00 AM, offer by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com the following described Timeshare Ownership Interest:
Unit 5242L, Week 13, Coconut Plantation, a Condominium (the “Condominium”), according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4033, Page 3816, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all exhibits attached thereto, and any amendments thereof (the “Declaration”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from this sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
The sale is being held pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on May 28, 2025, in Civil Case No. 24-CA-002402, pending in the Circuit Court in Lee County, Florida.
