NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2024-CC-7091 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00 a.m. on the 26 day of June, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 514, BLDG. 5, BELLAMAR AT BEACHWALK VII, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 4309, Pg. 3235, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
