NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 28, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 25-000305-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR LHOME MORTGAGE TRUST 2023-RTL4, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2023-RTL4, Plaintiff and RAD DIVERSIFIED REIT, INC., A MARYLAND CORPORATION; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF RAD DIVERSIFIED REIT, INC; UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF RAD DIVERSIFIED REIT, INC.; SPANISH OAKS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on June 26, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
