NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 29, 2025 and entered in Case No. 23-007083-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and KRISTEN E. WALSH A/K/A KRISTIN WALSH; SHANE HOFFMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on June 25, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, GLENWOOD, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
