YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for foreclosure on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel consisting of Unit No. 112-D Building I, as show on Condominium Plat of MOORING OF MAXIMO, A Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 16, Page 18-through 22. Public Record of Pinellas County, Florida being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed November, 13 1973, in O.R Book 410, page 231 through 296, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all of the Public Record of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibit attached thereto and made a part thereof, and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
