Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 14, 2025, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 10, BUILDING 7, OF THE LONG BAYOU CONDOMINIUM (INCLUDING THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO) AS IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF LONG BAYOU CONDOMINIUM (AS AMENDED AND RESTATED) RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4522, AT PAGE 1451, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ALL PERSONAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM PARCEL.
and commonly known as: 10038 62ND TERRACE NORTH, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33708; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 13, 2025 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
