Butterfield, the Clerk of Court for Polk County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 7/8/2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 163, LAKESHORE CLUB, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 111, Page 16, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
