NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 13, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2023CA005049000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff and WAYNE C. JACKMAN; ROYAL RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIC PALM COAST, INC. A/K/A TIME INVESTMENT COMPANY INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING THROUGH THE RURAL HOUSING SERVICE, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 14TH day of JULY, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 193, BLOCK I, OF ROYAL RIDGE PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 38 THROUGH 40, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
