BILLINGS IV A/K/A WILLIAM BILLINGS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM J. BILLINGS IV A/K/A WILLIAM BILLINGS N/K/A ERICA BILLINGS and CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. are the Defendants.
