NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Partition, Quieting Title and Determining Beneficiaries (the “Final Judgment”) entered on May 27, 2025 in the above referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on August 21, 2025 the following property described below, situated in Charlotte County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Judgment:
