NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Reformation, Partition, Quieting Title and Determining Beneficiaries (the “Final Judgment”) entered on May 28, 2025 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on July 11, 2025 the following property described below, situated in Charlotte County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Judgment:
DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL PROPERTY:
Lot 16 and 17, Block 22; and Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 29, Resubdivision of Tamiami Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 24½, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
