Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, in the Customer Service Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of July, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
