of Sunset Cove Resort and Suites Condominium, a condominium according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3698, Page 2185 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto if any, together with the remainder over in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the owners of Timeshare Estates in the herein described Condominium parcel in that percentage interest determined and established by aforesaid Declaration of Condominium
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jerry E.
