NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 28, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 006180 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR LHOME MORTGAGE TRUST 2024-RTL3, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2024-RTL3, Plaintiff and FREEDOMREALITY INVESTMNTS LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; ALBERT F. HALADAY, JR. are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on July 2, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
