NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure dated May 19, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2024CC007725NC of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on July 3, 2025, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure:
LOT 104, ARBORFIELD SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 7 AND 7A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
