Unit 1414, Building B, BELLA VILLINO IV, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2005198471, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 38, Page 15, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records Sarasota County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
With a street address of 4142 Central Sarasota Parkway, Apt. 1414, Sarasota, FL.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, BELLA VILLINO IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER SARASOTA EDITION.
