NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 6th day of September 2024, in Case No. 22-CA-006611, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, is the Plaintiff and LAWANDA L HODGES A/K/A LAWANDA HODGES; MILTON PATTERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MILTON PATTERSON; HARVEST GLENN AT OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 21st day of July 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 14, OAK CREEK PARCEL 4, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 78 THROUGH 84 OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
