NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-008745 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QX1, Plaintiff and Manuel G. Varela a/k/a Manuel Varela are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 28, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 50, BLOCK 9, BAY PORT COLONY, PHASE III, UNIT I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
