NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 24, 2025, and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-009475 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, the Clerk of the Court, Victor D. Crist, will conduct a foreclosure sale at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. EST on July 23, 2025. The following described property will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
