Meece, Christy Wagner, Kandi Ann David-Meece aka Kandi Meece, Lee County, Florida, Iona Gardens Civic Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Homer Wagner , are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 10th day of July, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, BLOCK D, IONA GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 72 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO, DESCRIBED AS A 1993 PALM TRAILERS DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME BEARING TITLE NUMBERS: 64005107 AND 64005106; VIN NUMBERS: 23630557FA AND 23630557FB.
