NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2025, and entered in Case No. 36-2023-CA-006694 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Lehman ABS Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Duane Chamberlain II aka Duane Chamberlain aka Duane G. Chamberlain; Valerie L Chamberlain aka Valerie Chamberlain; Achieva Credit Union successor by merger to Preferred Community Bank; Daniels Preserve Homeowners' Association, Inc.; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 18th day of September, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
