Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered the 27th day of May 2025, I will sell the following described property located in LEE County, Florida:

Lot 10, Block 19, Unit 1, Lehigh Park, Section 23, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 64, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on June 26, 2025, at 9:00 am, EST, on Lee County's Public Auction website: www.lee.realforclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
