TO THE DEFENDANT(S), JOHN M. PEGUES (DECEASED) AND ELISABETH A. PEGUES (DECEASED), UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOHN M. PEGUES, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ELISABETH A. PEGUES AND ALL OTHER OCCUPANTS OF 9290 LAKE PARK DRIVE #J105, FORT MYERS, FL 33919, AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action against you seeking to foreclose a Claim of Lien for unpaid assessments with respect to the below described property located in Lee County, Florida:
Condominium Unit No. 105, Building J, CENTRAL PARK SOUTH TWO, a Condominium according to the Condominium Declaration as recorded 1773, Page 4676 and as subsequently amended, all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration.
SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage to BARNETT BANK OF LEE COUNTY, N.A. from LUCILLE A. WALSH, a single woman, dated April 5, 1985, and recorded in Official records Volume 1777, page 487, of the public records of LEE County, FLORIDA, securing a promissory note in the original amount of $36, 350.00; and grantees by the acceptance of this deed, assume and agree to pay, with a present principal balance of $30345.13.
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year.

Simons, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 1705 Colonial Blvd., Suite C3, Fort Myers, FL 33907, on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published one time per week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
