Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 24-010356-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Unit 103, WINDWARD POINTE, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5726, page 299, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 75, page(s) 26, and as amended in Condominium Plat Book 107, pages 41 and 42, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on July 31, 2025. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
