NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 23-006846-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its Individual Capacity but solely as Owner Trustee for RCF2 Acquisition Trust is the Plaintiff and Patrick Kevin Griffis a/k/a Patrick K. Griffis; Tishara Griffis a/k/a Tishara C. Griffis; Faith Home Design a/k/a Faith Home Design, LLC. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of July, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 11, FLORIDA RIVIERA PLAT NO 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
