NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 12, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2023 12320 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Volusia County, Deland, Florida, wherein UNITED WHOLESALE MORTGAGE, LLC. is Plaintiff and Noah Derylak, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, LAURA E. ROTH, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.volusia.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of July, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That part of Lot 19, GEORGE H. NORRIS SUBDIVISION OF THE DUPONT AND GAUDRY GRANTS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Deed Book āCā, Page 681, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of Grand Avenue at the intersection of the South line of Glenwood Road and run thence South along the East line of Grand Avenue 104 feet to a point; thence run East and parallel with Glenwood Road 200 feet to a point; thence run South and parallel with Grand Avenue 101 feet to a point; thence run East and parallel with Glenwood Road 149.45 feet to a point; thence run North 205 feet to a point on the South line of Glenwood Road which is 347.65 feet East from the Point of Beginning; thence run West along the South line of Glenwood Road 347.65 feet to the Point of Beginning.
