GRANT, et al., are the Defendants, Stacy Butterfield, Clerk of Court of Polk County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of August, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
