NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2024CA002109000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC, Plaintiff and Daryl Ray Thompson, Jr. a/k/a Daryl Ray Thompson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on July 31, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN 204 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SW1/4 OF THE SE1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, THENCE CONTINUE WEST 150 FEET, THENCE NORTH AND AT RIGHT ANGLE TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SW1/4 OF SE1/4 A DISTANCE OF 290.4 FEET, THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SW1/4 OF SE1/4 A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 290.4 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY ON SOUTH SIDE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
