a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE J. DAUGHERTY a/k/a LAWRENCE J. DAUGHERTY, JR. a/k/a JOY ALLISON LINEHAM, PASCO COUNTY CLERK & COMPTROLLER, A GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY, ON BEHALF OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, A GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY, ON BEHALF OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on July 23, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
