The SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 32, Township 25 South, Range 22 East, EXCEPT the North 208.71 feet of the West 208.71 feet thereof; EXCEPT the West 156.0 feet of the East 176.0 feet of the South 438.85 feet of the North 468.85 feet thereof; EXCEPT the North 30.0 feet thereof; EXCEPT the East 20.0 feet thereof; EXCEPT the South 20.0 feet thereof, AND EXCEPT the following: Commence at the NE corner of said SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of SE ¼, thence run S 89°53' W, along the North boundary of said SE¼ of the NE¼ of the SE¼, 329.40 feet, thence run South 145.90 feet, thence S 77°25' W, 18.0 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue S 77°25' W, 100.0 feet, thence South 150.0 feet, thence N 77°25' E, 100.0 feet, thence North 150.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; said parcel containing a net 6.24 acres, more or less, Pasco County, Florida.
