NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 15, 2025, issued in and for Collier County, Florida, in Case No. 11-2022-CA-000951-0001-XX, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT SAVOLIDIS and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A JODI LEE POOLEH are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, CRYSTAL KINZEL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on July 17, 2025, at in-person sale beginning at 11:00 AM, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 262 OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 135, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
