YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for a Complaint, pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, the Administrative Order No 2016-14.1 - Notice to Claimants of Seizure and Filing Requirements Under Section 932.704(5)(c), Florida Statutes, entered by Hon. Charles E. Williams on August 29, 2016, and the Notice of Depositing Bond, has been filed by PETITIONER, on the following Defendant Property in Sarasota County, Florida: $5,460.00 IN U.S. CURRENCY, and you may claim to have an interest in the Defendant Property and are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on Joseph J. Polzak, Esq., PETITIONER'S attorney, whose address is P.O Box 1000, Sarasota, FL 34236, on or before the 21 day of July 2025, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before Service on PETITIONER'S attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
