YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title and Declaratory Judgment to the following real property located in SARASOTA County, Florida:
Completion of a suit to quiet title, as to that portion of land identified on that certain survey prepared by George F. Young, Inc., dated January 28, 2025, under Job No. 24048000LS, and described as
East 15 feet for Right of Way AND the 36.4 feet, lying East of and adjacent to the West 400 ft of the N1/2, of the S1/2 of the SW ¼, of the SW ¼, of the NW ¼, Section 18, 36S, 18E, Sarasota County, Florida. (as to PARCEL 1)
(Parcel Identification Number 2024-13-0001) (hereinafter “property” or “Property”)
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the Plaintiff's Attorney, Andrew W. Rosin, Esq., 1900 Hillview Street, Sarasota, FL 34239, on or before thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
