YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose your interest and to quiet title to the following described property:
Unit 108, Week No. 38, and Unit 107, Week No. 3, 4, and 5 VERANDA BEACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1525, Page(s) 1328, and all subsequent amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 19, Page 6, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Michael T. Hankin, 100 Wallace Avenue, Suite 100, Sarasota, FL 34237 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
