NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2025, and entered in 2024 CA 003450 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB6 is the Plaintiff and ARLEXIS ANDERSON A/K/A ARLEXIS D. ANDERSON; HARRY J. PARKER A/K/A HARRY PARKER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC.; CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 08, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
