NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 02, 2025, and entered in 23-CA-014055 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CIM TRUST 2021-R1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES is the Plaintiff and STATE OF FLORIDA; VERNON JEWEL PEARSON III; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINS THE ESTATE OF DEBORAH PEARSON, DECEASED; FRANKLIN JOHNSON JR; CLERK OF COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA; DEANNA SHAQUILLA REVERE; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CITY OF TAMPA; LOREUE ALLEN; VERNON JEWEL PEARSON, JR; JAKIYA BRYANT; VASHON JOHNSON; DEBRENA BROOKS; CHRISHONNA DANIELS are the Defendant(s).
