NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 29th day of April 2025, in Civil Action No. 24-CC-004011 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which OAKS AT WHISKEY CREEK CONDOMINIUM 3 ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANNA POKHODINA BEACH and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNA POKHODINA BEACH, N/K/A JEFFREY BEACH are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest
and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 10th day of July 2025, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 421, Building 4, OAKS AT WHISKEY CREEK CONDOMINIUM 3, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2007000174176, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
