YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for damages has been filed against you by the Plaintiff, DAVID CRUZ, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, based on allegations of negligence resulting from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on or about December 5, 2023, in Lee County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the Complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, Geoffrey Levy, Esq., The Levy Firm PLLC, 5255 N. Federal Highway, Suite 220, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, telephone (954) 615-0866, on or before July 23, 2025 and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, FL 33901, either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in Business Observer published in Lee County, Florida.
