YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
Parcel One:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block C, Del Sega Unit One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
AND
Parcel Two:
Lots 4 and 5, Block C, Del Sega Unit One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
AND
Parcel Three:
A lot or parcel of land lying in part of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block D, Del Sega Unit One, according to the plat or map thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, which lot or parcel is described as follows:
From the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 3, run Northeasterly along the Easterly line of said lot
for 3.5 feet to an intersection with the Northeasterly line 33 feet from the centerline of Sanibel-Captiva Road and the POB of the herein described parcel. From said POB continue Northeasterly along said Easterly line for 136.50 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 3; thence run Northwesterly perpendicular to the Easterly line of said lot along the Northerly line of Lots 3, 2, and 1 for 174.07 feet to a point of curvature; thence run Northwesterly along the arc of a curve to the left of radius 20 feet along the Northeasterly line of said lot for 2.80 feet to an intersection with said Northeasterly line 33 feet from the centerline of Sanibel-Captiva Road; thence run Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line along the arc of a curve to the left of radius 539.96 feet for 225.04 feet to the POB.
AND
Parcel Four:
Lots 6 and 7, Block C, Del Sega Unit One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such M. Brian Cheffer, Esquire, Cheffer & Hagan, P.A., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2120 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33901 on or before 30 days after the first publication date, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint
