Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, 23-008220-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Condominium Parcel Unit Number 13, B7 Building, Wing “A”, and the undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD - Unit Seven, A Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 3296, Pages 19-45, inclusive and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Page 51, both of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on July 31, 2025. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
